Someone on your side
Meic is the helpline service for children and young people aged 25 and under in Wales.
When things feel tough, you’re feeling confused, or you want to make a change, Meic is here for you. We won’t judge – we’ll listen to whatever you want to say. We offer confidential information, advice and support, and help you to speak up and get your voice heard. We’ll work with you to find ways to take control of your life, make positive changes, and feel more confident. We want you to leave feeling strong, able to make your own choices, and understanding your rights.
Contact us in Welsh or English – it’s up to you! We are open 8am to midnight, 7 days a week. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp message, text message or online chat. Meic is confidential and you don’t have to give your name. It is a free service for everyone.
